Come join the Clark Family Breast Cancer Services at the NHBW Health Fair in Camden, New Jersey.

The mission of the Spring Into Health Fair is to initiate a public awareness campaign that targets and promotes healthy lifestyle choices; and to disseminate information and gain support for on-going efforts to improve the health of our senior citizen residents in our communities.  We hope to make “community based” providers resources accessible.

The Clark Family Breast Cancer Services will be attending the M. A. P. S. 6th Annual Health Fair.  Everyone is welcome to attend and learn more from us about breast cancer.

M. A. P. S. 6th Annual Health Fair is geared towards uninsured and under served families  of Camden County Community. These families are offered free health screening and information sessions that they otherwise may not have access to receive.

Come out and bring a friend or two to this very informative breast cancer awareness presentation. Get all of your questions and concerns answered. Resources for uninsured women to get free mammograms. Come have lunch on us while learning the facts about breast cancer and about making healthy choices for our minds, bodies and souls.
