“Thank you for sharing your foundation at the Faith In Action Health Fair at the Willingboro Kennedy Center. I’m enclosing your ‘I GOT MY MAMMOGRAM TODAY” form along with my correspondence from Penn Medicine, Dept of Radiology. Thank you for the gently reminder. As a breast cancer survivor, I know first-hand the importance of early detection. However, over the past few years I have had some other health related issues so I put my mammogram on the back burner.
With your encouragement, I made my appointment and followed through in getting my mammogram. I’m excited to share that the results of my recent exam showed no sign of breast cancer.
Again, thank you for your dedication to encouraging women to get their mammograms.
